Bookmate seems to be a new competitor to Audible and other audiobook/ebook providers.
Frankly I can't see myself justifying the price since I am okay with the audiobook offering from Borrow box and Spotify and maybe Kindle Unlimited.
However, they offer a non subscription account and there are some free audiobooks of classics.
@Maddz there is no obvious download backup option.
